After you have selected a scarf or a foulard, and possibly already bought it, you may want to delve into the meaning of the motifs. They all have positive meanings and a direct relationship to the person wearing the silk scarf: e.g. the lucky sun symbols,

Zen, "Zig-Zag enriches and also leads to the goal" ... , to name only a few possible meanings. Or, you can assign your own interpretation to your scarf if you wish.
