Payment and shipping

The payment methods include PostFinance, PostFinance Card, Twint, Mastercard, Pay Pal, VISA and American Express.

You will not incur any postage costs. Delivery abroad is also free of additional customs charges.

Our prices include VAT of the respective country to which we deliver.

For the time being, we only deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Delivery is done by Swiss Post or DHL.

Delivery usually takes place within 2 - 4 working days.

You will receive your product in environmentally friendly packaging. Cardboard, adhesive tape, any document pouch (abroad), the tissue paper made of recycled cardboard or paper as well as the string made of 100% flax can be recycled (paper or cardboard collection). The box is also suitable for storing your COSMOLIA products.

Please notify both the courier and us immediately if your package arrives damaged.
