Orders placed through the COSMOLIA online shop are binding. A contract of sale between the customer and cosmolia GmbH comes into effect as soon as cosmolia GmbH has sent an order confirmation or the product has been dispatched.

cosmolia GmbH is entitled to update the offer at any time. At the time of your order, the prices published on our website apply.

3. Delivery areas

In addition to delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we will gradually deliver to all EU countries and to the United Kingdom in the short to medium term.

4. Return and exchange policy

All our designs are protected by copyright and are registered (modèle déposé) with the Swiss Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE) as well as with the WIPO. All photos presented on the website are also subject to copyright and, where applicable, personal rights.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
