Return and exchange policy

cosmolia GmbH provides a right of return or exchange within five working days after receipt of the goods. However, as we are a small company and offer exclusive products, we ask that you only exercise this right in very special cases

With a variety of photo documents and product descriptions, we would like to ensure that our customers can get a clear idea of what we have to offer before they make a purchase.

In the case of a return or an exchange agreed with cosmolia GmbH, the goods must not have been worn and must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging, with any labels and other enclosures. The transport costs are at the expense of the buyer. In addition, we will charge the customer a handling fee of CHF 30 per returned product. If the goods do not reach us in the condition described above, we cannot grant any financial compensation.
